HOLDIST is operated by Winvestour LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. We provide AI-powered cryptocurrency market analysis. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

- Account data: Your name and email address, collected when you register or sign in with Google.
- Portfolio data: Cryptocurrency holdings you manually enter. This data is stored on our servers and never shared.
- Payment data: Processed entirely by Stripe. We store only your Stripe customer ID — we never see or store your card details.
- Usage data: Pages visited, features used, and chat messages sent to HOLDY. Chat messages are processed by Anthropic's Claude API and are not used to train AI models.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To provide and improve the HOLDIST service
- To process subscription payments via Stripe
- To personalize AI-generated reports and analysis
- To send service-related communications (no marketing without consent)
4. Third-Party Services
- Google OAuth: Used for sign-in. Governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
- Stripe: Payment processing. Governed by Stripe's Privacy Policy.
- Anthropic Claude: Powers the HOLDY assistant. Your messages are processed per Anthropic's API usage policies.
- CoinGecko: Market data provider. We send no personal data to CoinGecko.
- Vercel & Neon: Hosting and database infrastructure, both operated in the United States.
5. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing us. Upon deletion, your data is permanently removed within 30 days.

We use industry-standard security practices including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, and access controls. No system is 100% secure; use a strong, unique password for your account.
