HOLDIST provides AI-powered cryptocurrency market analysis, portfolio tracking, and educational content. The service is designed for informational purposes only and is intended for long-term crypto holders who want to stay informed about market conditions.

3. Not Financial Advice

HOLDIST does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Nothing on this platform constitutes a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any cryptocurrency or other asset.

All content, including AI-generated reports and HOLDY assistant responses, is for informational and educational purposes only. Cryptocurrency investments carry significant risk, including the risk of total loss. Always conduct your own research and consult a qualified financial advisor before making investment decisions.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time via the billing portal in Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods. In exceptional circumstances, contact us and we will review your case.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or automate access to the platform
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use AI-generated content to mislead others about market conditions

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of market data or AI-generated analysis. Cryptocurrency market data is sourced from third-party APIs and may be delayed or inaccurate.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Winvestour LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or reliance on any information provided, including any investment losses.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Wyoming.
